Dyakon Ignatiy 19, 2nd floor<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\"><strong>LOVE UP CLOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">Love and relationships through the lens of family constellations, Akashic records, and sound therapy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">At this special event, we will explore our attitudes toward love, as well as the challenges and difficulties of opening ourselves to create and sustain vibrant, authentic, and fulfilling relationships.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">Love is more than a feeling \u2014 it is a process, a choice, an awareness, and a skill of connection: with oneself, with another, and with the Source.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">During the event, we will explore topics such as:<br>\u2713 What love means to me and how I view love at this stage of my life<br>\u2713 What my beliefs about love are and the example set by my parents<br>\u2713 How I love and how I want to be loved, and what my needs are in a relationship<br>\u2713 What intimacy is and what my way of connecting is<br>\u2713 The body and shame \u2014 how they influence relationships<br>\u2713 What the difficulties and challenges in my relationships are<br>\u2713 What the recurring patterns in my relationships are and what they reveal to me<br>\u2713 What I carry from my past into my present relationships \u2014 my childhood wounds and conditioning, any unfinished relationships with former partners, and how they influence my current life<br>\u2713 Invisible bonds \u2014 whether I have karmic relationships and how to release them<br>\u2713 Blind loyalty \u2014 whom in my family I am loyal to in love and relationships, and whose fate I am unconsciously repeating<br>\u2713 The significant relationships of my parents and ancestors<br>\u2713 How closeness is lost in a relationship and how it can be restored<br>\u2713 What mature partnership looks like beyond romantic myths and childhood illusions<br>\u2713 Children as the fruit of love \u2014 why some couples cannot have children and what happens in a relationship after the loss of a child (miscarriage or abortion)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">What the event includes:<br>&#8211; lecture segment<br>&#8211; various exercises and work in pairs and groups<br>&#8211; meditations<br>&#8211; writing as self-reflection<br>&#8211; other therapeutic methods and approaches according to the needs of the group<br>&#8211; a short ritual for releasing the influence of the past<br>&#8211; \u201cLove Up Close\u201d meditation \u2013 a ritual for opening the heart and attracting love<br>&#8211; meditation and attunement for love with gong, Tibetan, and crystal singing bowls<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">The event is suitable both for people in relationships and for singles who want to better understand themselves in the context of love and partnership.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">What you will need:<br>&#8211; comfortable clothing<br>&#8211; something to write with (notebook and pen)<br>&#8211; an eye mask (blindfold)<br>&#8211; an item from a former partner that is difficult for you to let go of<br>&#8211; a bottle of water<br>&#8211; slippers or thick socks (the room is shoe-free)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">About the facilitators:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color\">Delyan Zagaryov<br><br>Delyan is a therapist, facilitator, and founder of AWAKENING CENTER. The sessions she leads are an inward journey that not only calms, but also creates a sense of wholeness and inner stillness that the mind and body can trust.
