The healing sound of singing bowls and the gong helps the brain quickly enter alpha, and even theta waves (slow brainwaves), which create the conditions for the body\u2019s restorative processes to unfold gently and naturally.<\/p>\n\n

Reiki gently supports a sense of complete safety and relaxation, balances all energy flows, and tunes our body-as-instrument for the optimal absorption of the healing effect.<\/p>\n\n

We create a space of trust and safety\u2014a place where you can simply be, relax, and experience the process in your own way.<\/p>\n\n

About the facilitators: <\/strong>Iana Avramova is a lecturer and expert with extensive professional experience in the field of education and personal development. In her practice as a sound therapist and founder of SoundCups, Iana chooses sound and vibration over words, using the gong and singing bowls as instruments for achieving deep relaxation. The sessions she facilitates are an inward journey that not only calms but also creates a sense of wholeness and inner silence that both mind and body can trust. She leads individual sessions, couples sessions, and group practices. She has trained with international teachers and continues to develop her work with inspiration, strong presence, and dedication. <\/p>\n\n

Ina (Velina) works in the field of energy and emotional restoration, combining various practices to support a deeper connection with the body, the nervous system, and the inner sense of safety. Her journey began with yoga, meditation, and Taoist practices, and later expanded into Reiki, ThetaHealing, Tapping (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, somatic approaches, and other methods for working with emotions and trauma. She leads individual and group sessions, creating a gentle and safe space for releasing tension, restoring inner balance, and cultivating a lighter, more conscious presence in life. <\/p>\n\n
