This course is your first encounter with that space.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>THE COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR YOU IF:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f you feel that sound affects you, but you don\u2019t know how to use it<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f you want to start working with singing bowls, but you\u2019re unsure where to begin<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f you\u2019re looking for a way to create a sense of calm &#8211; for yourself or for others<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f you\u2019re simply curious and want to try it<\/p>\n<p>During the course, you won\u2019t just listen. You\u2019ll experience, explore, and feel. We\u2019ll work with metal singing bowls and go through:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>how to choose a bowl that feels like \u201cyours\u201d<\/li>\n<li>how to produce a clear and stable sound from your very first attempts<\/li>\n<li>how to use different techniques (striking, circling, working from the outside)<\/li>\n<li>how sound affects the body and the nervous system<\/li>\n<li>how to create a sense of relaxation and safety<\/li>\n<li>how to listen to singing bowls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WE WILL ALSO TOUCH ON TOPICS SUCH AS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>different states of mind and how sound shifts them<\/li>\n<li>how to use rhythm and repetition to \u201cguide\u201d an experience<\/li>\n<li>how to create your own small sound ritual<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When people begin working with sound, they often wonder where to start &#8211; with metal or crystal bowls. In this course, we begin with metal bowls, and that is no coincidence. Metal bowls are more suitable for first steps because they allow the hand and body to learn with ease. They are gentle, and sound comes naturally from the very beginning. They give you the freedom to experiment &#8211; to strike, to circle, to explore different ways of producing sound\u2014without the pressure of whether you are \u201cdoing it right.\u201d    <\/p>\n<p><strong>BY THE END OF THE COURSE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2714\ufe0f to play metal singing bowls with confidence<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f to create short, relaxing sessions<br \/>\n\u2714\ufe0f to use sound as a tool for balance and recharging<\/p>\n<p>You will also receive a certificate of participation, marking your completion of this first level and the beginning of your journey in working with sound.<\/p>\n<p>\u2728 This is not just a training. It is a space where you give yourself time to pause. <\/p>\n<p>The course lasts 5 hours and includes a short guided sound bath to help you first experience the effect of sound on yourself before you begin creating it.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udfb6 You don\u2019t need to have your own bowl.
