About me

Hello! My name is Iana, and over the past few years I have dedicated a major part of my time to exploring the science of sound and how it can be used to support our well-being. I offer individual vibroacoustic massages, sessions for couples, and group experiences that promote deep relaxation and inner balance.

I am constantly learning and developing in this field, inspired by both ancient traditions and modern discoveries by researchers from Ukraine, Turkey, and Thailand, exploring sound as a powerful tool for awareness, harmony, and restoring inner balance.

By combining this passion with my many years of experience in fields related to organizational development, leadership, and management—such as coaching, training, and teaching—I believe that my calling is to support people in their growth through a holistic approach that brings together knowledge, intuition, and presence.

How do sound vibrations work?

Each singing bowl and sound instrument has its own vibrational frequency. These sound vibrations interact with the water in the human body, which makes up about 60–70% of our body weight.

Sound waves penetrate deeply to every cell, activating the body’s natural restorative processes and bringing back a sense of balance, calm, and inner harmony.

The instruments I use are carefully selected for their origin, sound quality, and energy. The bowls are hand-hammered, which gives them a unique tone and powerful vibrations. The crystal bowls, made from pure quartz, emit clear and deep frequencies that act as a subtle tuning for the mind, body, and emotions.

How does a Tibetan singing bowl session unfold?

During the session, the bowls are placed around and on the client’s body, which is why it is referred to as a vibroacoustic massage. When gently struck or played with a special mallet, the bowls emit deep, harmonious sound waves.

These sounds and vibrations travel through the body, where they are perceived as a massage for the cells. The vibrations affect the nervous system, calming it and supporting the release of stress. After the session, the experience is one of deep relaxation, often accompanied by a sense of lightness and inner peace.

The massage is performed fully clothed, while you comfortably lie on a massage table or on a mat on the floor, depending on your preferences and the type of session. The session lasts approximately one hour, but I recommend allowing at least 1.5 hours in total so you can fully enjoy and integrate the experience

Massage with singing bowls is a safe therapy for most people, but there are certain contraindications that should be taken into consideration:
