In the dynamics of everyday life, we are often running at high speed – thoughts flow constantly, tasks keep piling up, and pauses become increasingly rare. Even when we stop, the tension in the body and mind often remains.
Sound relaxation creates conditions for gradual release and restoration. The sounds and vibrations of the gongs and singing bowls support the calming of the breath, the reduction of muscular tension, and the transition towards a more balanced state of the nervous system.
The session is conducted with two gongs, creating a richer and more immersive sound environment. The different frequencies and the layering of sound allow the body and mind to relax more easily and remain in a state of deep rest. Participants often share that the sound feels fuller, more spacious, and supportive.
During the session, you simply make yourself comfortable and allow the sound to guide you. There is nothing you need to do and nothing you need to achieve. It is a time to simply be – without roles, without expectations, without rushing.

Iana Avramova is a lecturer and expert with many years of professional experience in education and personal development. In her practice as a sound therapist and founder of SOUND CUPS, she works with sound and vibrations through gongs and singing bowls as a method for deep relaxation. She leads individual, partner, and group sessions. She has trained with international teachers and continues to develop her work with dedication and professionalism.
