In her practice as a sound therapist and founder of SOUND CUPS, Iana chooses sound and vibration instead of words, using the gong and singing bowls as instruments for achieving deep relaxation. The sessions she leads are an inward journey that not only calms, but also creates a sense of wholeness and inner stillness that the mind and body can trust. She offers individual sessions, couples sessions, and group practices. She has trained with international teachers and continues to develop her work with inspiration, strong presence, and dedication.
